Because our digital products, including e-books and premium subscriptions, are made available for immediate access and use upon purchase, we do not offer a cancellation option once the order is placed. All sales are final.
Refund Policy

Incomplete or Incorrect Content: If the e-book you purchased is significantly different from its description (e.g., missing chapters, incorrect content, or a different title than advertised), you must report this issue to our customer service team within 7 days of your purchase. Our team will review your claim, and if it is valid, a full refund may be issued.
Premium Subscriptions:
Service Unavailability: In the unlikely event that you are unable to access the premium subscription content for a period of 48 consecutive hours or more due to a technical issue on our end, you may be eligible for a refund for the period of the service outage. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance or interruptions due to issues with your own internet service or device.
Refund Processing
Any refunds approved by GALIMUTTI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 7 days.
